I enjoyed the spacious Superior Room, which felt luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff, especially the young ones, were upbeat and created a friendly atmosphere. The ambiance was beautifully designed, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. However, I did notice that during peak meal times, service could be a bit slow, which hampered the experience slightly. Overall, a delightful place that I’ll definitely return to.

Furthermore, the slow response at the rooftop bar made our dining experience frustrating, as we waited over an hour for our meal. Additionally, the Do Not Disturb button in our room was not functioning properly, leading to disturbances first thing in the morning.

Ope, this spot was real nice! The staff was super friendly, especially Pitu and William, who made us feel at home. Breakfast had so many tasty options, I couldn’t decide what to pick. I really enjoyed chillin' by the heated pool. Just wish management would get the Do Not Disturb button sorted out, it was a bit funky.
